Job Description: |
Lead a team of developers or be the lead technical developer/architect building web application solutions.
Assume a lead role to build solutions using test-driven development with code coverage tools through automated build utilities.
Integrate constructed components using existing Service Oriented Architectures (SOA). Work with Maven, Subversion, and Hudson.
Lead design of solutions leveraging SOA technologies or have a key design role. Work with team to solve new mission needs using existing and/or new and emerging technologies. |

Minimum Qualifications: |

BS degree in Computer Science or related field (4 years experience is equivalent to BS degree)

11-20 years experience in three or more of the following areas: software development, database systems design and development, system engineering, configuration management, data mining, expert systems, data modeling, modeling and simulation
-
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Service Oriented Architecture experience.

Understanding of industry-wide trends and technologies
-
U.S. citizenship

11-20 years programming experience

6-20 years developing web applications
-
6 -20 years experience object oriented programming (e.g. Java, J2EE, C++, C#, etc.).
